Shadow Ridge High student killed by suspected DUI driver

LAS VEGAS (KSNV News3LV) — The Shadow Ridge High School student body is in shock over the death of one of their own. Police say a suspected drunk driver took the life of a 16-year-old, on his way to school.

Nevada Highway Patrol Troopers say Fajardo was in a Honda Accord when he stopped at the intersection of Durango and El Capitan Way around 6:30 a.m., Thursday morning.
